Northampton Borough Councillors from all the main political parties tonight passed a motion supporting the plans to regenerate The Racecourse, including The Healthy Living Hub Project plans.  Tracey Gilby, one of the HLH Steering Group members spoke passionately about the plans from a local residents' point of view and her points were referred to by a number of councillors.  Tonight also saw a full page article and an editorial feature in the Chronicle & Echo promoting the plans and encouraging a partnership approach to realise the action plan.
