Specific outcomes from The Racecourse Partnership Board meeting on 12th September 2008 included;

-Information spheres, waymarkers & Arrow installed, being used and generally welcomed & appreciated.
-Offical opening / launch to be organised for mid-Oct.
-Agreement to commission a Project Manager, initially for a 6 month period
-NBC to submit a major grant application for play provision to the Play Pathfinder fund
-Positive feedback about The Racecourse masterplan from respondants to the NBC Consultation
-A meeting to be arranged regarding further consultation & the NBC report to Cabinet on Nov.5th
-Scaled-down designs for the play mounds to be re-submitted to the FONR meeting on Oct. 2nd.
-News about the exciting developments at The University of Northampton with the masterplan process about to begin
-Discussions continuing for the SCT and other partners to be based at The Pavilion
-Support from the PCT for the HLH project
